that's exactly the gift that moving back to tx from phx is giving us. i'm like, wait a minute, so you're telling me we can get a house larger than 1500 sq ft for less than 350k?
geez, you could like, totally live next door to the football coaches with 400K in Stillwater.
;) I won't tell you the size house we got for barely six digits. It's embarrassing.
